RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

 

 

We offer an exchange or full refund (**with the exception of sale items which are non refundable & there are no exchanges on earrings for hygiene purposes) if you decide to return your order within 14 days of purchase, the piece is unused & undamaged and there is proof of purchase.

If you received your item as a gift you can exchange your piece for something else from our collection to the same value.

Refunds are only issued for items purchased; shipping will be deducted.

The sender is responsible for the postage payment for the returned items. 

Items need to be as carefully packed as when they were received to ensure they return undamaged. 

Refunds will be issued on receiving and inspecting items.
